"I can't speak highly enough of this group. We unexpectedly had to put our cat to rest and we are grateful for the staff at Family Vet. Our cat had a very quick onset of worrisome symptoms and we were able to get him in the same day we called. Unsure of a diagnosis, it was decided he would need surgery and the vet was able to get him on her schedule the next morning. We had a million questions and they took the time to help us better understand the situation. Once it was realized there was nothing we could do to save him, they made sure he was comfy and well loved on all the way to the end. I couldn't imagine doing their job and the support through this process was very comforting. They were even thoughtful enough to send a grievance card with sweet notes from the staff. On top of it all, they sent copies of his paw prints. That is something we will always cherish. Thank you"
